These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Caelus Music Academy app ("the App") provided by Calmax Systems ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a music theory education platform that uses on-device AI for interactive tutoring, structured courses, ear training exercises, and theory quizzes. The App is designed for educational purposes.
The App is a learning tool and supplement to music education. AI-generated explanations are for educational purposes and may not cover every nuance of music theory. The App does not replace formal music instruction or certified music education programs.
The App offers free features and a one-time premium unlock available through Apple's App Store.
All content in the App — including text, lesson materials, audio, designs, and code — is owned by Calmax Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated music theory content. Individual learning outcomes may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmax Systems shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
